Father Paschal, a native of Strabane, is a Franciscan Friar based in Rossnowlagh, County Donegal and is engaged in the ministry of healing and reconciliation. He studied and worked at home and abroad, focusing mostly in the area of healing and recovery from the various addictions.

He worked in The Rutland Centre in Dublin, helping individuals and their families who struggle with a range of addictions including alcohol, gambling, food and drug. He also ministers in the field of spiritual direction, counselling and giving retreats and workshops with diocesan and other groups.
